The Allegoric Hegemony

Dr. Joseph McKay (Garrett Maggart) finds himself dragged into a secret government project when he’s draft to treat a patient Simon Molinar (Jason Carter).  Molinar is a vampire tracked down for study and the scientists in charge push to greater and greater lengths to test the vampire’s abilities and Dr. McKay’s willingness to go along with the increasingly questionable experiments.

In “Norman,” an old foe returns from the netherworld to torment Vickie and Henry as he tries to gather the ritual items they hid in order to summon his demon master and turn Vickie over to him.

A crazy priest has tricked Mike into betraying Henry into his clutches.  Vickie and a now penitent Mike race to save Henry from being tied up and drained of blood to fuel the priest’s potions.

Vickie takes a case to find out if a man’s wife is cheating on him only to have her die and her client become a suspect.  Trying to clear him, she stumbles on the demon (Craig Veroni) who’s been posing as a hot gardener and cavorting with the local ladies.

A murderer who killed himself while in prison – back to take his revenge on those who put him away.  Meanwhile, Henry is seduced by a witch.

Jason has more problems with dead girlfriends.  While getting arrested, he tries to dispose of the vial of “V” he’s carrying by drinking it all at once, giving him a permanent woody.  Sookie and Bill go to the vamp bar Fangtasia, meeting Eric, Bill’s vampire honcho.  Meanwhile Tara rescues Jason from the cops, Jason’s attempts to “handle” things don’t give him relief so Tara eventually gets him to a doctor who wants to poke him, and not in a good way, to get his “problem” to subside.  Priapism, gotta love it.

Sookie warns vampire Bill (Stephen Moyer) just in time as he prepares to snack on a boy-toy / fang-banger (Nicholas Gonzalez) with infected blood.  Meanwhile, Jason (Ryan Kwanten) escapes from his bed time bonds and frolics with his girlfriend only to “peter out” when he starts imagining the vampire he saw with his other girl.  Turning to Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) for a chemical solution to his problem, a cashless Jason must dance in his underwear for Lafayette’s web cam.  Sam Merlotte (Sam Trammell) and Tara try to ward off their loneliness with a “just friends” roll in the hay.

The chase continues as Vickie and Henry close in on the killer in “Blood Price, Part 2.”  Henry is sure the killer isn’t a vampire, but is related to a demon he fought hundreds of years ago.

Blood Ties, based on the Tanya Huff  “Blood” books, follows ex-police detective turned privat eye Vickie Nelson (Christina Cox) as she battles other worldly baddies with the help of her vampire buddy Henry Fitzroy (Kyle Schmid).  In “Blood Price, Part 1″ a series of murders are being blamed on a vampire, but Henry knows it’s not him.

Bill uses his vampire blood  to heal Sookie after she takes a beating for having helped him.  Meanwhile, Jason gets accused of murder, then let’s yet another girlfriend tie him to her bed.
