The Allegoric Hegemony

The giant spider has gone back to sleep, Magnus has been restored as head of the Sanctuary, but Will is now the target of creepy alien things that want to suck his brain with a mind probe.

An enraged giant spider known as Big Bertha, aka “Kali,” sends a giant tidal wave headed towards Mumbai.  To save the day, Will (Robin Dunne) must die to try and re-establish his psychic connection with the beastie and hope that the Sanctuary team can revive him in time.

Kali, the Hindu goddess, turns out to be a giant spider and will must cavort about and strip down to keep her happy as the Sanctuary crew goes to Mumbai.  Meanwhile, an eccentric gazillionaire (Callum Blue) is trying to find a way to control her, and a member of the Sanctuary network (Paul McGillion) tries to get control of the organization away from Magnus.  Shaker Paleja is the local head of house who tries to teach Kate a little about India.

Will (Robin Dunne) and Magnus (Amanda Tapping) have their helicopter go down in a silo filled with water in the middle of the ocean where they get caught in the middle of a battle between two “abnormal” critters that hate one another.

The Five are re-united (sorta) and searching for the lost vampire blood to stop the bad guys.  Will (Robin Dunne) must entice the invisible girl to go see-thru by taking off his clothes and Henry (Ryan Robbins) hulks himself up and likewise goes topless.

Helen is off on an adventure with Nikola Tessla (Jonathon Young) who, along with Helen, was one of the five who participated in an experiment almost two centuries ago which gave them supernatural powers.  Meanwhile, Will, Henry, and the “Big Guy” are tracking a critter that’s loose in the Sanctuary and Henry ends up revealing his furry secret while saving Will’s life.

The Sanctuary is over run by little furry neo-Tribble “Nubbins” who have a side effect of making everyone hot and bothered.

Will continues to work with an abnormal boy whose extra something kills when he feels threatened.  Meanwhile Magnus’ former flame, a teleporting Jack the Ripper, shows up on the scene, gets the drop on Henry (Ryan Robbins), and confesses that he’s dying and needs Magnus’ help.

Will Zimmerman (Robin Dunne) meets Helen Magnus (Amanda Tapping) an unaging woman who runs a “Sanctuary” for various “abnormals” who live outside the knowledge of the regular world.  Kavan Smith from Stargate Atlantis puts in an appearance as Will’s old partner in the police.
